Secure Packaging
Ensure all wood panels, heaters, and hardware are securely packed in their original crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit.
Shipment & Tracking
Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized freight center, or schedule a curbside pickup for larger sauna units.
Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the kit to ensure all parts are present and undamaged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
